I've never considered myself an artist, writer or even a full-fledged chef; but in the past couple of years I have noticed myself growing into those roles. It's taken 27 years to finally allow myself those titles, and I'm sure many more are required before I'm comfortable in my new shoes. I'm not afraid of rising to the occasion or making mistakes - that's how I learn. So join me in my explorations of what it means to be an artist/writer/chef through the lenses of food and culture.  Thanks for listening - TT
